Returns

We offer returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

You may be eligible to return a product if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, accessories, and invoices intact.

Note: Certain customized products (e.g., personalized trophies, name frames, custom lamps) are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items on sale or clearance.
  • Used or damaged products not due to Inspire Product error.

Refunds

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is returned in an acceptable condition as per our return criteria.
  • We are unable to deliver your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • You cancel your prepaid order before it is dispatched.

Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer. Please provide the correct bank account details when requested.

Exchange Policy

In case you receive a damaged or wrong item, we will offer a free replacement or exchange, subject to product availability. If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request, please:

  1. Email us at info.inspireproduct@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Include the order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending the product.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t been dispatched.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
