  • Company Rights: Inspire Product reserves the right to accept or decline any order cancellation. We also reserve the right to modify the cancellation window or fee structure at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy for Hyperlocal Deliveries

  • Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders placed under the Hyperlocal (quick delivery) option are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:
    • The order could not be delivered within the estimated time.
    • The order has not been picked up by the delivery partner.
    • The seller has cancelled the order due to reasons not attributable to the customer.
  • Easy Doorstep Cancellations: In cases of hyperlocal orders, cancellations may be processed through our customer service team under certain conditions mentioned above.

  • Company-Initiated Cancellations: Inspire Product reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, logistical issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund within 12-15 business days, and the status can be tracked on the order details page.

Returns Policy

Returns are governed by the individual seller’s return policy, which may vary depending on the product category. Each product will have a specified return or replacement policy outlined on the product page.

  • Exchange, Replacement, or Refund: Depending on the product and seller, you may be eligible for an exchange, replacement, or refund. Please refer to the specific return policy on the product page for details.

Refund Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective, customers can request an exchange. If the replacement product is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded within 5-7 business days. If the replacement is of a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference at the time of exchange.

General Conditions for a Successful Return

Field Executive Refusal for Return

If any of the specified return conditions are not met, the field executive will be unable to accept the return. All return requirements must be adhered to for the return to be successfully processed.

Refund Processing

For items eligible for refunds, the refund will be initiated once the returned product is received by the seller. The refund amount will be processed within 5-7 business days after the product has been inspected and approved for return.

In certain situations where a replacement is not possible due to any reason beyond our control, a refund will be provided to the customer.

If an accessory of the product is missing, damaged, or defective, the seller may choose to either replace the specific accessory or issue an equivalent value voucher (eGV) for the cost of the missing item. This decision will be at the seller’s discretion.

Open Box Deliveries

For orders delivered via open box, if you receive a different or damaged product, a refund will be processed on the spot (for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you accept an open box delivery, no further return requests will be entertained, except in cases of manufacturing defects. In such instances, product-specific return conditions will apply.

Installation of Products

For products that require installation by Inspire Product’s service partners, do not attempt to open the product packaging yourself. Only authorized personnel from our service team will handle the unboxing and installation. Failure to comply with this may void any returns or replacements.

Furniture Returns

For furniture items, any product-related issues will be evaluated by authorized service personnel at no extra cost. If a defective or faulty part is identified, it will be replaced. Full product replacement will only occur if the issue cannot be resolved through part replacement, as determined by the service technician.

Limitation on Returns

Inspire Product reserves the right to limit the number of returns per order after a thorough assessment of the product or order defect by our authorized representatives.
